Chocolate Banana Cupcakes


57. CHOCOLATE BANANA CUPCAKES

Okay...so this is how Chocolate Banana anything should look like! Brown and Yellow!

Here are my Chocolate Banana mini cupcakes, which come also in regular cupcake sizes.
The Cupcake is made with 70% dark chocolate, less sugar and has lightly cinnamon spiced cooked bananas IN IT! It's "covered back" and topped off with rich dark chocolate ganache and a slice of fresh banana coin. Amazing blend of flavours!

This is a definate party pleaser!

P/s: I've attached a picture of the unfinished cupcake with filling. It's not a very clear picture, but you'd get the idea of the filling. :0)
