48. CHOCOLATE TART WITH BRANDIED CHERRIES


This is heavenly!
Cocoa crust, Milk & 72% dark chocolate mousse, 72% dark chocolate ganache and a drizzle of white chocolate, topped with a raspberry glazed strawberry! PLUS, there's chunkful of brandied cherries in the filling!
Not for the faint hearted...

P/s: This chocolate tart is my best seller (with and without the brandied cherries.
