Coffee Chocolate cake

Coffee Chocolate cake

The perfect wake me up! Soft, fluffy espresso coffee sponge with coffee cream. But it's not just that! There's a "surprise" layer of dark chocolate fudge in between those layers to give the coffee flavour an extra edge. Oh! Did I mention it has got gourmet espresso coffee drizzled into this cake too? The sides are generously covered in toasted sliced almond flakes.
