Dream Walnut Cake


51. DREAM WALNUT CAKE WITH LEMON CREAM CHEESE


This Walnut cake is every nut-lover's dream come true! It's chokful of chopped walnuts, is surprisingly moist, but fluffy and best of all, it's absolutely grease-less. Yes, you read it right. It's got NO butter, NO oil, NO shortening of fat (apart from the Lemon cream cheese icing and the natural walnut oils).

This is a MUST TRY for those who love Walnuts!
And oh! How about a modern twist to the traditional walnut cake given away during a Baby's shower??
