Apple Basil cake


58. APPLE BASIL CAKE



Whoever thought Fresh Basil and fresh apples will go so well together?


I decorated the cake very similar to the Apple custard cake because it's basically the same, except that it has got very aromatic fresh basil leaves in it. Read: FRESH BASIL (from my little herb garden really - and all organic too!)


I topped it with mini peaches as these are in season now.
