This Walnut cake is every nut-lover's dream come true! It's chokful of chopped walnuts, is surprisingly moist, but fluffy and best of all, it's absolutely grease-less. Yes, you read it right. It's got NO butter, NO oil, NO shortening of fat (apart from the Lemon cream cheese icing and the natural walnut oils).
