Moon Cupcakes

66. MOON CUPCAKES

Fluffy vanilla cupcakes with a SURPRISE inside! Homemade red bean paste! Topped with cream cheese icing and toasted black & white sesame seeds. Very delicate flavours blended together. And as usual....not too sweet!

Moon Cupcake is a must try for all cupcake fans!
I've got a picture of the filling, but it's not very clear. Anyways, you get the idea from it. :0)

More cupcakes!

65. CUPCAKES WITH ICING

For Tanya! Happy 1st birthday!

P/s: Hey Sharon, I thoroughly enjoyed making these for her!

Chocolate Banana Cake

64. CHOCOLATE BANANA CAKE

A good friend, Serene gave me the inspiration to decorate my chocolate banana cake this way. Thanks, gal!

It's made with soft, fluffy chocolate sponge, layered with fresh banana puree and topped over with a generous layer of 72% bittersweet chocolate fudge! The top is then lined with coins of fresh bananas. Perfect combination of chocolate and banana!

Earl Grey Cheesecake

63. EARL GREY SWIRL CHEESECAKE

My newest on the menu is Earl Gry Swirl Cheesecake!
A combination of cream cheese, yogurt, fresh eggs, fresh cream, some lemon zest and freshly made Earl Grey tea paste.

I realise that there are many fans of the tea as, I must say, it is very aromatic. So why not in a cheesecake right? The cheese will create a "creamy" taste that may allow you to imagine having a cuppa tea!

I lined the sides with fresh strawberry halves, which bake to a "grilled fruit" texture, which compliments the Earl Grey tea. Check it out! Request for Raspberries instead of strawberries is available too!

Chocolate mousse with homemade custard centre

Sorry for the break since my last post! My Mac sorta stressed out and I couldn't upload pictures. Well, now it's up and I've got 2 new cakes to introduce to you guys!

62. CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH HOMEMADE CUSTARD CENTRE

Below is the pic of it when it is cut. It's not a very professionally cut picture though, but it's there for you to get an idea of it what it's like.

This cake is made from pure 72% Dark chocolate mousse over a soft fluffy layer of chocolate sponge, with a layer of homemade Vanilla bean custard, filled with chunks of strawberries. It's topped off with a fudgy layer of chocolate and decorated.
