205. Saturday Night Fever

Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Saturday Night! Saturday Night! Feveeeerrr!

This was a Coffee Chocolate Fudge cake for a Retro themed 21st birthday party. Check out the retro afro-haired silhouette, bell-bottomed pants and micro-mini skirt!

204. Elephant family!

Happy 1st Birthday Nate!!!

A good friend's Bub's turned ONE over the weekend and this is the cake I was tasked to make for him. A family of elephants relaxing near a pond. I added the trees for the "jungle" effect, but didn't want to crowd it further with too much grass and anything else or it'll look messy.

Hubs, Natalie and myself went to their beautiful house to join other families with (and without) babies to celebrate his big day! It was a simple "let the kids run about" and parents eat kinda party, which Nat really enjoyed. She knocked out on the way home - which was really quick, considering that we stay barely 10mins away! And oh..! There was fabulous home cooked food too. *YUM*
