100. Dreamy Orange Peel Milk Cupcakes

After having tried the yummy Chocolate banana cupcakes, J wanted to try something new. She quickly decided on my Orange peel milk cupcakes and filled some with Blueberry jam and some other with Chocolate fudge. She stuck with the Au Natural off white Lemon cream cheese icing and topped it off with a fresh Strawberry half. (Some others had mini hearts sprinklers on them.)

After almost 2 weeks of 'non-activity' in my kitchen, I baked these only to realise how wonderfully aromatic the cupcakes were! I can only say one thing - It's sooooo good to be BACK!!! *Woot* I love my job!

99. My Wedding Chocolate Cups

I made Chocolate cups for my wedding dinner, but used raspberries instead of strawberries. I do not have a picture on hand, but when I do, I will post it up. But here's what they look like with strawberries...
I layered the inside with vanilla sponge, brandied cherry syrup, pitted dark cherry and 70% dark Belgium chocolate mousse, and topped it off with white chocolate icing, duo chocolate 'cigars' and a fresh berry.
The guests were so happy, some brought extra home in take away boxes the hotel provided! No wastage. Yay!
