219. Chugginton Brewster

How time flies! My good mommy friend's boy just turned 2 and it was only not too long ago that I remember making John his 1st birthday cake!

He's into trains now and Mommy T decided to spoil him with his favourite Brewster in 3D!

Here's a lower half carrot cake - upper half vanilla sponge, layered with cream cheese for the kiddo's 2nd birthday. Happy Birthday John!

Chris, thanks again for the lovely lovely cake. John loved it and it was absolutely delicious.

I was sure to wrap it up properly in the fridge before we headed out for church camp and when we came back 4 days later, the cake was still moist and yummy! :) Now i'm sad we're finishing it off already.
