Personal Chef on Call

I was encouraged by some gal pals to post these pictures up.

These were specially created for Pastor Edwin Wong & Lovely wife, Serene for their anniversary last year.

I was their "Chef-On-Call" for the day, except that I pre-prepared everything and delivered to their home, as me being around wasn't gonna help with the "romantic atmosphere"...

(Ham & Cheese stuffed Pork cutlets)

Dessert platter -

Brandied cherries pudding, Burnt Lemon curd tart, Dark Chocolate Truffle cake & Strawberry Creme brulee
