132. Macadamia White Chocolate Cupcakes

Special cupcake request from SH for her principal.



















Fluffy Vanilla Milk cupcakes with chunks of Macadamia nuts, topped with Lemon cream cheese icing, sprinkled with dried Cranberry, more Macadamia nuts and Silky White Chocolate shavings.
How lovely!

In addition, she invited me to cook her husband and her anniversary dinner for tonight! I'll post pictures when I'm done. Do visit again to see their dinner spread!

131. Golden Cake

I made this Golden cake for IATA for their 5th year anniversary.
















It's a Dark Belgium Chocolate fudge cake - layers of fluffy homemade chocolate cake and Chocolate ganache, topped with Blueberry jam, iced with marzipan and painted with Edible Gold Dust!
(I think I could have inhaled in a fair bit of gold dust into my lungs while in the process of decorating it! Hee...)

I topped it with a small portion of Almond coated Chocolate truffle, Chocolate cigars and Silver dragees. Hope they enjoyed it! Happy 5th Birthday! To many more years of business!

130. Princess' castle & Barney Strawberry garden

Hey all! Sorry I've seemingly M.I.A-ed for a month, but I've been busy with building another castle amongst other cakes. :0P

Here's a Dark Belgium Chocolate fudge cake dolled up as a Princess castle with miniature Disney princesses.
There's Ariel sitting by the castle stream and even Jasmine, "flying" over the tower! (Toys were provided by a good friend of the mommy & mommy of the birthday girls.)




















Barney's Strawberry garden is a Strawberry shortcake made up in bright 'Barney-ful' colours. Strawberries & Cream...*Yum*Yum*
